The MHBS Hybrid Blender 3-series is a unique compact batch blender, specially developed to handle a wide variety of materials and low bulk density regrinds. The MHBS Hybrid Blender 3-series has a modular design and can be equipped with 2 to 4 components. The robust stainlesssteel removable hoppers of this unique batch blender are designed in a way to allow easy cleaning. Small components can be dosed accurately with our unique valve design up to accuracies of 0.02%.
Equiped with proven Movacolor dosing technology which gives you full control over your material input.
This unit is part of the Movacolor modular dosing concept and can easily be integrated and/or combined with all other products of the Movacolor product range.
Want to connect with other machine controllers or central monitoring systems? No problem. This unit is prepared to communicate via different protocols such as OPC-UA and Profinet.
